Easter Dinner in the Slow Cooker

Happy almost-Easter! I have rounded up some of our favorite Easter Dinner favorites to help with your meal planning. We aren't hosting this year, but I am going to make a leg of lamb and take it along to my mom's. Thank goodness for the locking-lid on the slow cooker!

  1. A locking lid?!?!?!? Where has this been all my life?!?!?!?!? I just got a new crockpot. To not be deemed certifiable, I will have to wait a while to get the coolest of all possible features -- okay, self cleaning would be the coolest feature, but this comes in pretty close!

    1. The crock to my locking lid pot just cracked! noone is fessing up but I replaced it with a traditional one. I sm writing Hamilton Beach for a replacement which will bring my total to three.

  2. What a great collection of slow cooker Easter recipes. I've never used the slow cooker to cook ham or lamb. This may be the year.

  3. I'm going to make the maple ham! I'm excited to just throw it in there and have the slow cooker do all the work. :D I need to 2nd slow cooker so I can make those brussel sprouts too - I wanted to do those at Christmas, but had carrots in there instead.
