I just recently have discovered this site and I was looking for a Chuck Roast idea. I modified what I have found here and this was my first time cooking Chuck Roast. There was a recipe with cream of mushroom soup and beans. I used some chickpeas instead and the usual ingredients for a stew (carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, etc.). Another thing I did differently was using a dry mushroom soup and seasoning mix with water.
ReplyDeleteLet me tell you, out of all the meat I have made in the slow cooker that one was THE BEST! So, if I find some Chuck Roast on sale next time I am getting it! Thanks so much for this site. I yet have to come back and read and do some searches here but Baked Ziti looks great!
Thanks again.
