One turkey carcass w...I use my bones to make broth. One turkey carcass will make two batches in my 5.5 qt crock. Add onion, bay leaf, peppercorns, celery, carrots. I do not put in any salt, as we are very low sodium, but if you are not you could salt it a bit. I typically end up with about 9 quarts of broth.
