If possible, once the chicken is in the pot, rub your hands together to try and get all the stuff left on your hands to fall into the pot. Even though I put paprika in, the chicken wasn't very spicy, but the tomato flavours and the herbs just mingled perfectly! It was a great hit with my hubby and 2 ravenous sons. At least it is for chicken thighs, which I mostly use.
