Also, only used 1.5 cups of water (there's a little confusion in the recipe whether it should be 1.75 or 1.5). I cooked on high for about 3 hours. It set up very nicely. YOu measured correctly. I made this with Bob's REd Mill GF mix and the pudding part at hte bottom doesn't set up as well, so it is more saucy, but still good.
