Rave reviews from my guests! I used a pork roast, which was a bit fatty but that was easy to fix with some trimming. Used onion soup mix instead of fresh because the husband doesn't like them. Anyway, the temp probe one (purchased at your recommendation)is A LIFESAVER!!!
