I added some more garlic and chili powder to balance it a bit more but it was still a bit sweet. Like the idea of adding a little cream. We added some chicken too. In a lot of soups like this one (White Chili) I will add cabbage. I use the pre-shredded for slaw cabbage. It has some carrots and a little red cabbage in it.
