My dinner companions raved about it. I used a whole chicken cut into pieces. The only change I made to the recipe was using real chopped onion instead of dehydrated flakes. This was a very EZ recipe to make. I always enjoy it when I have "dinner in the oven" just after lunch and can relax. I have found it near impossible to find gluten free recipes online that don't contain 55 types of different flour.
